The 3rd Annual Baltimore County Afro Soul Festival is a fusion of African culture, Caribbean culture, and African American culture which has resulted in a rich and vibrant tapestry of traditions, art, music, and food. The FREE Afro Soul Festival will celebrate culture through food, music, and dance.
We are excited this year to have April Watts as the host and DJing by DJ Tanz playing the latest hits of Reggaeton, Afro Beats and more.

When you register for this FREE festival, you can also order your AFRO Soul Festival t-shirt which will be mailed to you in advance so you can wear it on the day of the festival.
