Each year, the quaint town of Alderson undergoes a patriotic transformation, adorned in red, white, and blue, proudly hosting what has earned the title of West Virginia's BEST Fourth of July Celebration. This festive occasionn offers an array of activities, ranging from the thrilling Fireman's Rodeo and a spirited 5K Race to the quintessential All-American Baking Contest and the lively Ducks on the River Rubber Duck Race, among other exciting attractions. Of course, the highlight still remains the spectacular Grand Parade and the dazzling Grand Fireworks Display! Join us in Alderson, WV, as we proudly declare, "American Pride In 2025!"

10:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m: Alderson 4th of July Car Show - (Old Greenbrier Baptist Church Parking Lot) (North Monroe Street) Presented by Tahoe Farm Club. Contact: Emily Alder (304-667-9285)

10:30 a.m: 2025 Grand Parade - Queens, floats, cars, bicycles, tractors, horses and fire engines.Trophies and prizes in all categories. Something for everyone! After parade, trophies and prizes can be picked up at the Alderson Memorial Football Field. Contact: Jimmy Massey (304-667-3475)

1:00 p.m: Craft & Food Vendors - (Alderson Memorial Football Field) Come and support our unique craft and food vendors throughout the day. Contact: Greg Eary (304-646-1762)

1:00 p.m: Presentation of Colors - (Alderson Memorial Football Field) 4th of July Salute, Awarding of parade prizes, Raising of flag by Greenbrier East High School J.R.O.T.C. and the VFW Post #6723.

1:00 - 9:30 p.m: WV Inflatables - (Alderson Memorial Football Field) Bounce Houses & More! $5 wristbands per day.
