This year's festivities feature an exciting Kid's Zone, sponsored by FiberFirst, with carnival rides, bounce houses, balloon artists, and face/airbrush artists. The celebration continues at 8:00 pm, with a high-energy live performance by the Emerald City Band at City Hall Plaza— ending with a spectacular fireworks show just after 9:15 pm that will light up the Roanoke sky.
