Thr 32nd Annual Festival of Lights Parade

The Festival of Lights Parade has floats, bands, equestrians, a huge tractor that does the twist and of course, Santa! The difference is this parade is at night so all of the entries are covered in lights! That's right, covered in lights! The huge tractor has miles and miles of miniature lights!
