The 44th annual Kapalua Wine and Food Festival will be a celebration for the ages! As the oldest and most beloved food and wine festival in the U.S., the Kapalua Wine and Food Festival brings together the world's top vintners, renowned celebrity chefs Maneet Chauhan and Rick Moonen, as well as Maui and Hawaii's favorite restaurants and local vendors to create magic once again at Kapalua Resort.
The weekend offers an array of events from interactive wine tasting seminars, intimate winemaker dinners, sampling unique and premium wines from around the globe and much more! Guests can mix and mingle with winemakers, chefs and other food aficionados while they sip, savor and sample the finest offerings from these rockstars of the culinary and wine universe!

Regional Focus: Wines of Anderson Valley
Pinot Noir specialists will dazzle you with a fun and delicious tasting of great wines from Anderson Valley. We will focus on wines from high elevation, benchland, valley floor and "The Deep End" (closest to the Pacific). This emerging region has been a well-kept secret for years, but the word is out!

Chef Moonen is known as the "Godfather of Sustainable Seafood" and one of the most entertaining and fun Chefs around. Rick will prepare an awesome and sumptuous feast paired with one or our featured winery partners. Rick shares the laid-back "Aloha Vibe" and promises to deliver a pairing for the ages.

Signature Winemaker and Celebrity Chef Dinner
Indulge in an intimate six-course dinner crafted by renowned celebrity chefs Rick Moonen, Maneet Chauhan (Food Network's "Chopped" and "Tournament of Champions"), and Zach Laidlaw (Hua Momona Farms, FOX's "Next Level Chef"), alongside The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua's Executive Chef George Vanyi and Pastry Chef Erin Howard.
This extraordinary dining event will showcase the finest wineries and winemakers from the Kapalua Wine and Food Festival, including Sarah Weuthrich of Maggy Hawk; Kristy Melton of Freemark Abbey; Greg Brewer of Brewer-Clifton; Ryan Zapaltas of Copain Winery; Geoff Labitzke, MW of DANA Estates; and Jeremy Nickel of The Vineyard House.
Hosted by The Ritz-Carlton Maui's esteemed sommelier and vintner Michael Kennedy, the evening will commence with an elegant champagne reception with Veuve Clicquot, La Grande Dame, featuring Petrossian caviar bumps and exquisite hors d'oeuvres.
