6:00 am: Pilot Meeting and Balloon Flight
Reservations Required in Advance - $300 each Public is welcome to attend

2:00 pm: Parking and Event Opens

2-5:00 pm: Kids Zone Open

2:30-5:30 pm: Music by So Diverse

4-7:00 pm: Tethered Balloon Rides – Available first come first served basis $20 Adults/$15 Children under 10

6-9:00 pm: Music by Southpaw

6:00 pm: Pilot Meeting and Balloon Launch

8:30 pm: Beer Tent closes

9:00 pm: Ed McDaniel Memorial Balloon Glow

9:30pm: Event Closes
