The Barley Made It Running Club (TBMIRC) was founded in 2018 by a group of thirsty friends who wanted to encourage each other to get outside and move, no matter the pace. Partnering with the Tri-State Outdoors Fest, TBMIRC invites all you thirsty movers to lace up for the second annual Blood, Sweat, & Beers 5K in the picturesque and historic town of Cumberland Gap. The run/walk will take place on the morning of the 4th annual Tri-State Outdoors Fest, which promotes the outdoor recreational opportunities in the Cumberland Gap Region and aims to reconnect people with the woods, trails, and streams that make this area such a desirable place to be.
