The Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival has become one of the largest gatherings of world-famous Cajun, Zydeco. and Swamp Pop musicians and plays host to over 30 bands on three stages during the three-day festival. Music fills the air from morning into the night at Pare Hardy!

9:00am - Festival Grounds Open - Information and Souvenir, Food, Beer. Coke, Water, Liquor, Commercial Vendors, Arts and Crafts Booths, Carnival Opens
9:00am - Crawfish Etouffee Cookoff - Breaux Bridge Tent
9:30am - Parade - Bridge Street to Rees Street to Pare Hardy
12:00pm - Cook-off Judging and Sampling
4:00pm - Festival Grounds Close
