Burger Fest is an amazing volunteer-run festival that raises funds for scholarships and community projects in the Home of the Hamburger, Seymour, Wisconsin. It draws people from around the world for small town fun with a big attitude! 

Seymour, Wisconsin, is an idyllic community of about 3,000 located in the heart of dairy country 15 miles west of Green Bay. Burger Fest started in 1989 to celebrate the birth of the burger in Seymour in 1885. The historical figure, Hamburger Charlie, invented the hamburger way back then and americans bit on the hamburger craze!

Schedule of Events:

Rock Ledge School and Park
Hot Air Balloons! At Rock Ledge School and Park, hot air balloons fill the field starting on Friday! There are Balloon Ascensions at 6:00 pm and Balloon Glows at dusk, as well as kid's events. Food and drink are served. Entrance and parking are free. 

6:00 am: Hot Air Balloon Ascension featuring many balloons ascending over Seymour, WI. 
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm: FOOD SERVED: Burgers, French Fries, Hot Dogs, Onion Rings, Soda and Water!
4:00 pm - 8:00 pm: 50/50 Raffle (Drawing at Approximately 8:15)
4:30 pm - 8:00 pm: Inflatable Bouncy House for the kids
6:00 pm: Hot Air Balloon Ascension featuring many balloons floating over Seymour, WI. Click Map image link below for balloon parking.
8:00 pm: Hot Air Balloon Glow at dusk, weather permitting.

Downtown Seymour - Depot ST

Burger Fest! Seymour hosts the World's Largest Hamburger Parade, Bun Run, Kids' Run, music, kids' games, the Burger Eating Contest and the Giant Ketchup Slide! The Car Show, Railroad Depot and Community Museum are included with the Saturday entrance fee. 

08:00 am: Bun Run at Lake Park
09:00 am - 3:00 pm: Burger Fest Car Show - Located on Depot Street. Sponsored by Reich Tool and Design. 
10:45 am: Kids Bun Run - Meet at 10:50 am near the trolley car on the corner of South Main Street and Factory Street. Registration is not required for kids run. Kids run is approximately 2 blocks long. (10:55 am Start Time)
11:00 am: World’s Largest Hamburger Parade starts on South Main Street. 

Food Served: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Burgers, French Fries, Hot Dogs, Onion Rings, Soda and Water Bar Open: 11:00 am - Beer, Soda, Water and Snacks

11:00 am - 5:00 pm: 50/50 Raffle (2 Drawings) - 50/50 raffle Proceeds to go to the Home of the Hamburger Scholarship Program
12:00 pm: Register for Burger Eating Contest and Giant Ketchup Slide.
12:00 pm - 01:30 pm: High School Bands from Seymour, Pulaski and Freedom
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: Pulaski High School Marching Band (Seymour Veterans Memorial and Park)
12:30 pm - 01:00 pm: Seymour High School Band (Center Stage by Gazebo)
