A world of taste awaits at the annual Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Food & Wine Festival with a delicious menu and drinks as dynamic and unique as the park's thrilling roller coaster collection. Guests can sip & savor their way through flavorful eats and mouthwatering treats each weekend of the event. Park guests can also experience live concert performances every weekend FREE with park admission.
Food and beverage is not included with park admission and is available for an extra fee. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

Dawson Hollow is an Indie-Folk-Rock band formed in 2016 by five siblings from the Ozark Mountains of Missouri, blending cinematic pop, Americana string elements, and iconic 5-part harmonies. With over 10.5 million streams on Spotify and notable performances at events like 2023 SXSW and supporting acts such as Drew Holcomb & the Neighbors, Judah & The Lion, and Jesse McCartney, they are also featured on the record-breaking “Christmas with The Chosen: The Messengers.”
Roger Jaeger
Eagle Canyon
Roger Jaeger is a unique artist blending indie, alternative, and singer-songwriter styles, often incorporating the sitar into his music. With performances ranging from Nashville's Bluebird Café to pubs in Ireland, his music has been featured on General Hospital and in the film “Lights, Camera, Romance.” When not creating music, Roger is an avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, having lived in Tulsa, Nashville, and India, and traveled globally to places like Australia and New Zealand. He also teaches songwriting at The University of The Nations in India.
