Get ready to lace up your sneakers and embrace the sweetest tradition in law enforcement at the Donut Dash 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run, presented by The Zone Nutrition, the Cape Coral Run Club and the Cape Coral Police Department Police Athletic League (PAL)! Taking place on Saturday, March 29th, at Rotary Park in Cape Coral, this race is all about fun, fitness, healthy sweets and, of course, protein donuts! Yes, you heard that right protein donuts!
Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or just in it for the laughs (and the donuts), there's something for everyone. Choose between the 5K race or the 1-mile fun run, both kicking off at 8:00 AM sharp. Along the course, you’ll enjoy a lighthearted celebration of the timeless (and delicious) bond between cops and donuts.
Including protein donut and sweets stations, and the chance to race alongside Cape Coral's finest officers.
This race will be making a donation to the Police Athletic League (PAL), supporting programs that build positive connections between law enforcement and local youth. So, while you’re running off those protein donuts, you’ll also be making a difference in your community.
