Join the City of Schertz for the greatest tribute to freedom and fun at the 49th annual 4th of July Jubilee! Elements include a morning ’Let Freedom Run’ 5K and downtown parade; in the evening a carnival, live music, Float & Fireworks, festival food, family zone activities, and a Fireworks Spectacular...the perfect way to end a celebration!

Let Freedom Run 5K
Don your best patriotic gear and run along the Jubilee parade route prior to the parade. 2025 marks the 13th race in Schertz. Register here for the Let Freedom Run 5K.
Parade
In a time-honored tradition, individuals and organizations will join the City of Schertz for a Patriotic parade through downtown Schertz. Register here for the parade.
Roads along the route will start closing at 7:30 a.m. and all roads will be closed by 8:30 a.m.
Float and Fireworks
Be sure to reserve your place for the coolest seat in the house for the 4th of July Jubilee Fireworks Spectacular! Participants enjoy the show from the cool waters of the pool while lounging on patriotic pool noodles. Register for Float & Fireworks.
