But over the last 35 years they have become farming pioneers as well. They began by farming organically, incorporated Biodynamic techniques early on, and in 2020 became the world’s first Regenerative Organic Certified vineyard. In this seminar, second-generation proprietor Jason Haas will take you through a vertical tasting of six vintages of Tablas Creek’s flagship blend Esprit de Tablas, from their first-ever 2000 to the newly-released 2022, and use those wines to share the journey the vineyard has made in its farming, its advocacy, and its impact on grapegrowing and winemaking in California and beyond.
