The Culver Lakefest team is an all-volunteer, non-profit group committed to giving back to the Culver Community by raising funds to plan and host a weekend of family-friendly activities and entertainment, and by offering opportunities for community groups, civic organizations and businesses to raise funds to help them achieve their goals.  

Schedule:

8:00 a.m - 10:00 a.m: Lion's Club All You Can Eat Pancakes inside the Depot Building

8:00 a.m: 5K Run/ Walk - Waves of Freedom Run 
Either register online by 5 p.m: July 14th OR 
Day-of registration opens at 6:30 a.m: and ends at 7:45am
Awards to take place at the Damore amphitheater

8:00 a.m: 1/2 Mile Sparkler Run (Ages 3-10)
Either register online by 5 p.m: July 14th OR 
Day-of registration opens at 6:30 a.m: and ends at 7:45am

9:00 a.m: Waves of Freedom Run Awards - Damore amphitheater 

9:00 a.m: Parade Registration – at the corner of College and Slate - Closes at 9:30 am

9:00 a.m: Food, Arts, Crafts, Commercial Booths, and Games - Until 11 pm

10:00 a.m: 41st Annual Culver Lakefest Parade - "Make A Splash"

12:00 p.m: Sidewalk Chalk Drawing Contest - Beach
12:40 p.m: Penny Find - Beach
1:20 p.m: Turtle/Frog Race - Grass by East Pavilion (must provide own turtle/frog)
2:00 p.m: Watermelon Eating Contest - East Pavilion (watermelons donated by Park N Shop)
Medals Awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each age group competing Sponsored by: Centier Bank

1:00 p.m: Bingo Inside Depot Building Sponsored by: Mirar Custom Homes
First come, first serve Bingo. $10 to play 10 rounds. Additional cards $1/each. 50 players at a time.
