Join us for a fun-filled evening with family and friends as we race the 2-mile Ben's Run loop.
A fan favorite every year and for good reason. Dash and Splash is a 2-mile walk/run event on Ben's Run Trails in Spencer, followed by a pool party. Beat the heat while you get some great exercise as you follow the single-track trails through the woods. Finish the race and then head straight for the pool for a swim. Don't forget to stick around for the kids' diving competition at the pool after!
