The Belmont Business Improvement District is thrilled to welcome everyone back to the neighborhood for Ferragosto 2025 on Sunday, September 7th! Ferragosto is a special day in the community filled with Italian culture, delicious food, wonderful live entertainment, and great fun. Ferragosto is a way to convene our customers and supporters in a festival-like atmosphere and share what we have to offer as a historic and culinary center that remains an authentic Little Italy.
The Ferragosto Festival occurs annually on the Sunday after Labor Day from 12-6pm, rain or shine. The event takes place on Arthur Avenue between East 187th Street and Crescent Avenue, and the stage featuring live entertainment is located on East 186th Street between Arthur Avenue and Hughes Avenue. Additional parking for the event is available at Fordham University (685 E Fordham Rd) for a $10 parking fee with a free shuttle to and from the event from 11am-7pm.
