12:00 p.m: Young Artists Mini-Concert
The musicians of the Festival Mozaic Young Artists Program perform this free mini-concert at the Atascadero Library to last about 30 minutes.  The event will include selections from Beethoven's 16th string quartet, along with some commentary from the performers.
