89th Annual Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival
The Festival typically presents as many as two dozen different traditional and contemporary bluegrass artists during the course of the four day event. Often New Grass, Old Tyme, Americana, and Singer/Songwriter performances will be sprinkled in here and there but the majority of the bands are firmly in the bluegrass camp. Most artists will perform on the brand new Timber Frame Main Stage. The Workshop Stage schedule focuses on a wide variety of informative and instructional presentations, although performances, band showcases, meet and greets, and jam sessions are also presented on the Workshop Stage. In addition, the All Star Jam held every Friday at around 5PM is conducted here. As you can see, there is a tremendous amount of entertainment on offer during The Festival and that is just the music.
The Festival boasts a wide array of merchandise, music, arts and crafts, and food vendors positioned in the areas surrounding the Main Stage. We have worked to present a variety of food types for your enjoyment as well as a diverse selection of merchandise to browse. Shopping Vendor Row can be a welcome diversion. And our Camp Store is fully stocked with all sorts of soft goods, food, and camping supplies to get you through the day or the weekend. Of Course, The Gettysburg Bluegrass Boutique is the one stop you cannot miss if you wish to procure official festival logo gear and merchandise. Much to see and do when taking a break from the music.
