The Pyro Chefs of Gourmet Alley are back in business, serving up all your favorite Gilroy Garlic Festival dishes including garlic-laced calamari, scampi, pepper steak sandwiches, garlic fries, garlic bread, and more. You’ll find all kinds of tasty things to eat, both with and without Gilroy’s signature spice.
