Entertainment

2pm and 4pm: Free Cooking Demonstrations are back again this year!

6:00pm, 7:00pm and 8:00pm: Agape Dancers daily

7:00pm: Evzone Dancers daily

8:00pm: Senior Dancers  Daily

The Evzone dancers are young men between Grade 9 - college. They are dressed in an Evzone uniform which is the costume of the elite Greek soldiers. The Evzones are trained to perform ceremonial duties. They guard The Tomb of the Unknown soldier, the Presidential Palace, and raise and lower the flag at the Acropolis every Sunday.

4pm: Authentic Greek Food - Keftedes

Barb Landers is presenting a cooking demonstration on all four festival days at 4:00 pm, Wednesday July 23, Thursday July 24, Friday July 25 and Saturday July 26 in the second floor Learning Center.

There will be a full demonstration, copies of the recipe available, and a sample of what was cooked so people can try it out!

Barb will be demonstrating how to make Keftedes. These juicy Greek Meatballs rock! (and roll)! A traditional recipe, beautifully flavored with onion, fresh parsley, a touch of mint and hint of dried oregano. These meatballs are slightly crisp on the outside and are brilliant served as an appetizer with tzatiki and pita bread!

The demonstration should take 30 minutes and we hope many people come to watch and learn!

6pm to 10pm: Greek DJ George Yamalis
