Every year, historic Fairhaven Village in Bellingham comes alive with holiday cheer and activity. From music to movies to gift markets and more, there's something for the whole family at Fairhaven Winterfest!

12:00-3:00p.m Visit with Father Christmas in Fairhaven

Step into the cozy fireside room at the Village Inn and visit Father Christmas!

12:00-3:00p.m Old Fashioned Carriage Rides through Fairhaven 

After saying hello to Old Saint Nick, enjoy a free 15-minute horse-drawn carriage ride around Fairhaven Village!

Listen to the clip-clop of hooves as a band of horses takes you in a loop around the streets of Historic Fairhaven Village. 

Line forms in front of the Inn on 10th Street.

The ride is Free but there is a "carrot donation bucket" for the horses.

Letters to Santa in Fairhaven

Drop off your wish list letters into the North Pole Mail Box on stage at the Village Green and get a personalized postcard back from Santa!

Fairhaven Firelight Stroll

The Fairhaven Firelight Stroll has become a favorite holiday tradition! Grab a hot cocoa or spiced cider at the entry tent and stroll the wooded path lined with luminaria.

Gather at the entrance to the Padden Creek Trail (Harris Ave. just West of 8th) and stroll through the path of hundreds of luminary lights!

Hot Cocoa, Hot Cider & hand warmers will be available while supplies last. 

Be entertained by music along the path...

The end of the trail leads you to Stones Throw Brewery for an all-ages Winterfest Bonfire! 

This is a free event, but donations are greatly appreciated.

Winterfest Bonfire at Stones Throw Brewery

As part of the Fairhaven Association's Firelight Stroll festivities, Stones Throw Brewery will extend its beer garden, creating a cozy atmosphere with tents, the Galley2Go food truck, and a large bonfire. 

Guests can indulge in our specially made Winterfest Ale, a lovely beer bursting with the flavor of holiday spice. $1 per pint of these beer sales will be donated to the Fairhaven Association to help with the lighting of the Fairhaven Village during the dark months. 

There will also be delicious Gluhwein, hot cocoa, and S’mores provided by the Girl Scouts, making it a delightful experience for all ages.
