Join the Seashore Striders for the 1st Lifeguard 5k with the RBP Family in Rehoboth Beach.
RACE TIME
Time - 7:00 am
This race is earlier than the norm due to heat/humidity in August and the guards having to report to duty at 9 am. Thank You for your understanding and cooperation.,
RACE COURSE
The out and back course from the bandstand to North Shores and back is fast and flat and takes in the iconic boardwalk.
PACKET PICKUP
Depending on the registered amount- we will decide as it gets closer to race day. Our normal Strider policy is if it goes over 200 pre-registered we activate a early packet pick-up.
