Welcome to the second-annual Independence Day Dash 5K and Kids Fun Run. A chance to break a sweat before kicking back all day with family and friends.

The Course
This beautiful course tours lower Sycamore Grove Park on a mix of paved and dirt trails, perfect for creating fireworks along your fitness journey.
This flat-ish loop combines the Winery Loop dirt trail and returns on the paved Arroyo Del Valle Regional Trail through the middle of Sycamore Grove Park.
Kids Run (12 years and Under)
The Kids Run is an untimed event all for the love of the game. It is open to runners 12 years old and younger.

Whether you're rocking a full Uncle Sam suit, bedazzled with fireworks, or just draped in enough red, white, and blue to stop traffic, we want to see it at the 2nd Annual Independence Day Dash!
Strut your stuff for a shot at the highly prestigious (and mildly ridiculous) Stars, Stripes & Spirit Award. Yes, there will be prizes. No, they won’t change your life—but come on, this is Parks and Rec, not the Oscars. Expect something fun, festive, and probably under $10.
Stars and Stripes Spirit Award will happen at 7:40 a.m. at the starting line.
