Enjoy all the beauty this North Fork Triathlon has to offer, as you Swim 500m in the pristine Peconic Bay, ride 25k through local Towns, Villages, and Farmlands. Finish with a 5k run through the local seaside community.

NEW FOR 2025 we will have a Time Trail Start This is self seeded, we will send 5 athletes into the water every 5 seconds. It will still be a Running Beach Start!

Top Three for Mixed, Female, Male, Family & High School Relays.
