Join us for the 14th annual running of this unique and popular 5K/10K race! This stroller-friendly event takes runners on a scenic course through the open green spaces and forested paths along the Tualatin River in Tigard's Cook Park and neighboring areas, offering a fun and memorable experience for all participants.

Perks for Participants:
All 5K and 10K finishers will receive a shirt, medal and a race packet filled with goodies to celebrate their accomplishment.

Can’t join us in person?

No problem! Sign up for the virtual race and run your own 5K or 10K course—anywhere, anytime. As a virtual participant, you’ll receive a race bib, a shirt, and a medal to commemorate your achievement. Want to run with friends? Organize a group virtual run, and we’ll promote it on our website so others can join you!

Race Day Details:

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, the start line will remain open for 15 minutes, allowing for a staggered start and plenty of space.

The best part? Proceeds from this event benefit the Ladybug CDH Foundation, whose mission is to: Raise public awareness about Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH), a potentially life-threatening birth defect affecting 1 in 2,500 children annually.

Provide direct support to families in the Pacific Northwest facing the challenges of CDH.
