Families that end the old year focusing on fitness will begin the New Year building on that healthy mission. Pursuing a healthy lifestyle is not a short-lived New Year’s Resolution but a way of life that you carry from year to year.  So, join Fit & Able to Run Out the Old Year together! Plus, its a morning race so it won't get in the way of your New Year Eve plans!

All races will have a mass start at 8:00 AM and the course closes for all races at 9:30 AM

6:45 - 8:00 AM - Packet Pick-up & Check-in
8:00 AM - Park Gates Close
8:00 AM - 2 Mile, 4 Mile, & 6 Mile Mass Start
9:30 AM - Course Closes
10:00 AM - Park Gates Open

Course Information:

The course is on Lake Crabtree Park's paved roads; conditions depend on the weather prior to the event. The course is NOT USATF certified. GPS tracking apps are not suitable for measuring course distances accurately.

Overall awards are provided by Fleet Feet - Raleigh / Morrisville; Age Group and other awards are provided by Fit & Able Productions. All awards will be available for pickup at the Fleet Feet - Morrisville store or emailed to their recipients the week after the race. * Age groups are calculated as of participant's age on December 31st of the race year.
