Come join us for this fun-filled weekend! The annual Laura Days celebration is held every 4th weekend in June.

Saturday events include a parade at noon, children's pioneer games and activities in the park, craft demonstrations, food tent, Little Miss Laura and Young Almanzo contests, pie auction, tours of the Masters Hotel and more! Cindy Wilson will be presenting “The Hard Winter of 1880-1881”.

Laura Days Parade

Join us for the annual Laura Day Celebration Parade at noon! Line up begins at 11:30 a.m. Use the farthest north entrance into Burr Oak and line up behind the other units. The Winneshiek County Sheriff, Mabel Legion Honor Guard with the American Legion Riders, the Grand Marshall and the Little Miss Laura candidates will lead the parade. No other line-up numbers will be issued.

In case of rain, all events will be moved to the Burr Oak Lutheran Church and the parade on Saturday will be canceled.
