46th Annual Peach Festival
The annual Peach Festival is hosted by the Leitersburg Ruritan to celebrate the Peach agricultural heritage of Washington County's Orchards.
The Peach Festival is hosted by hundreds of volunteers who do their best to make your visit and enjoyable and safe experience.
Money raised from the festival supports local businesses, orchards, the Vol Fire Department and the Ruritan community projects.
The festival has 25 picnic tables for you to sit down and enjoy your food
It also has 10 indoor tables in the community center
Due to insurance and other issues the Peach Festival is not pet friendly.
The festival has free live music on Saturday and Sunday featuring local musicians.
The live music is in the gazebo on the east side of the community center
The Peach Festival has live demonstrations including live chain saw carving and a live blacksmith demonstration.
The Peach Festival has approximately 110 craft vendors featuring a wide variety of products to purchase. From arts and crafts, jewelry, baskets, metal work, woodwork, pottery, spices, honey, peanuts, candles, knives, lotions, and so much more.
Activities for the families include:
Pony rides (additional fee)
Moon bounce and inflatable slides (free, donations accepted)
Barrel Train (free, donations accepted)
