Join us for Lutherdale's largest annual fundraiser!

Generous support from donors & bidders makes it possible for campers to experience God's love in a powerful way. This outdoor event will have craft and fabric sales, gift gallery, baked goods, silent auction bidding, and a LIVE quilt auction. Checks and cash are preferred for payment of auction items.

Live auction begins at 10:00 am

View quilts and place bids ahead of time on on Friday, August 8 from 4 - 7 pm.   

Fabric, craft, and gift gallery tables will be open for purchases.

A Wisconsin Fish Fry is also available with inside & outside dining or carryout.  Buy meal tickets at the door!

Online Viewing, Bidding, and Voting:

Viewer's Choice Awards and Online Bidding will be available beginning August 1 and will close Friday, August 8 at 10 PM.

Viewer's Choice Awards recognize auction pieces that are crowd favorites during quilt viewing.  Winners are announced prior to the start of the auction.  Categories include Favorite Large Quilt (King, Queen, or Full), Favorite Small Quilt (Twin or Lap), & Favorite Specialty Piece (Specialty, Baby, Wall Hanging).

Eligible quilts have been made specifically for this years auction.  Unlisted quilts on the ballot indicate that the quilt is ineligible; quilts not made by the donor, new not used quilts (made in past years), antique and vintage updated quilts are considered ineligible.

2025 Quilts are now available to view! Browse this year’s beautiful and creative quilt donations, lovingly made and shared by quilters and friends of Lutherdale. Click the button below to view the quilts on our Auctria site, where you’ll find photos, descriptions, and details for each quilt.  PLEASE NOTE: All Live and Online Auction Quilts will be displayed together until our auction team designates which auction each quilt will be entered into.
