It's a Great Weekend to Visit Parke County The Mansfield Mushroom Festival.

We have over 25 Vendors with a wide variety of Morel Themed Handcrafts as well as Delicious Food. The Red Barn of Mansfield property has Co-hosted this event since it started in 1987 and brings local Vendors to the Village to celebrate Spring and the Elusive Morel Mushroom.

The Mansfield Village Bar & Grill will host a Morel Mushroom Auction both days and a Car Show on Sunday. The Historic Mansfield Roller Mill will be open for Tours.

The Mansfield Mushroom Festival happens the last full weekend of April in conjunction with the Bridgeton Rendezvous which offers Living history reenactments from 1750-1840. Also see trading posts, black powder shoots, tomahawk/knife throwing, a skillet throw, and be sure to check out the hearth cooking at the 1822 Case Log Cabin.

Other property owners in Mansfield will be Open April 19-20. However, in the observance of Easter we, as well as our Vendors, will remain closed to allow for time to spend with Family and Friends and to attend Sunday Church Services to celebrate Easter.
