Join us for the 22nd annual Moms’ Run as we celebrate a milestone: the 25th anniversary of Postpartum Support Charleston! This year’s event is a tribute to 25 years of community, resilience, and commitment to supporting mothers in Charleston. With both our beloved 5K run/walk and the 1-mile walk option (back for the second year), there’s an opportunity for everyone to participate and honor this incredible journey.

This family-friendly day includes our popular Kids Dash, a fun kids activity area featuring a photo booth, and a scavenger hunt. With activities for all ages, the Moms’ Run has something for everyone.

6:45 a.m. - Event Opens!
7:45 a.m. - Kids Dash Start
8:00 a.m. - Moms' Run/Walk 5K
8:05 a.m. - 1-Mile Walk Start
9:30 a.m. - Award Ceremony
10:30 a.m. - Event Close

This is a rain or shine event. Please also note that we cannot allow animals at this event.

When you register, you’ll receive:
- A commemorative race t-shirt
- A race bag for the first 500 to check in at packet pickup
- Flowers for all 1-mile and 5K finishers
- Free coffee and finish line snacks
- Access to all pre- and post-race family fun activities
