New Wave Fest returns to the Harborfront!

Xposed 4Heads are a legendary new wave art rock band led by Mark G.E. with Kelp Chofs, Bob Jorin, Greg Barta, Andy Stilin, Theresa Ala Mode & Linda Strain and a history of incredible collaborators Carter Hunnicutt, Frank London, James Chance, Blaine Reininger, Debra Evans, Al Mothersbaugh and others.

Active in the 1980s and reformed in 2012. From 1983-1987, primary member Mark G.E. lived in Kansas City, during which time he recorded with musicians between both cities, but most of the recordings were not released until his return to Milwaukee. They are now staples of the nostalgia heavy music scene.

First Wave – the ultimate tribute to the new wave and alternative music of the 70's, 80's and 90's. This group of passionate musicians pay homage to the iconic bands and artists of those decades, and to bring this timeless music back to life for all generation to enjoy. First Wave delivers high-energy performances that captivate audiences and keep them dancing all night long. The sounds of alternative, synth pop, new wave and goth / industrial – all performed LIVE with Lasers & Visual elements that transport the viewers to another time in space.

Hailing from the Boston area with a sound like wicked hot teenage dismissal, the DIFF gained popularity in early 1980 with their regional single "Can't Stop Tonite"— a toe-tapping, telling tale of alienation and impulse-control disorder. Their debut recording, What's The DIFF?, has been in the can for decades, shelved when the band split up in 1982. Having taken this time to overcome [most of] their personal differences, the lads have agreed to usher in a return to glory …A Return of The DIFF.
