Bookish fun at Northshire's annual festival!

Join Northshire on May 2-4, 2025 in beautiful Manchester Center, Vermont, for an intimate weekend of talks, signings, celebration, and a wonderful array of guest authors!

Our 2025 Booktopia authors are: Julia Alvarez, Jessica Anya Blau, Harry Bliss, Karla Cornejo Villavicencio, Jennifer Haigh, Jean Hanff Korelitz, Stuart Nadler, Amy Shearn, Shubha Sunder and Helen Whybrow. Booktopia will include interviews by Joe Donahue, Megan Mayhew Bergman, Kim Van Alkemade and the Northshire staff!

Our programming on Friday, May 2nd will include author presentations, book recommendations, and a lovely celebration dinner (with literary trivia!) at the Kimpton Taconic Hotel.

It is possible to purchase tickets for all three days, Saturday and Sunday only, or just Sunday's event with Julia Alvarez. All two- or three-day tickets include a $50 Northshire Bookstore gift card. You will receive your gift card upon check-in at the festival.

Schedule:

10:00-11:00 am­: Check in & badge pick-up­ at Northshire Bookstore. Later arrivals will be able to check in with a bookseller at the front service desk.

11:00-11:15 am: Booktopia Welcome & Announcements (First Baptist Church Sanctuary)

11:15 am-12:30 pm: This Gift Card is Burning a Hole in My Pocket!
