Join us for another year of fun entertainment, great food, and dancing! The Oregon Buddhist Temple is proud to announce the return of its annual Obon Festival, a cherished Japanese and Japanese-American tradition. This festival is family-friendly and free to the public.

We invite the Portland community to gather in remembrance and celebration.

​Live performances like Portland Taiko and Martial Arts will be held throughout the day. Traditional Japanese festival foods and gifts will be for sale starting at 2 PM. Bon Odori, a group folk dance that is open to all who wish to join, will run from 7 PM - 9 PM.
