Schedule of Events:
10:00 am - 12:30 pm: Parade Line-Up and Route
Church St route.
Parade Staging - Starts around 8-8:30 am
Staging moves back to a combination of W Main, Denmeade, W Church, S 11th and surrounding parking lots around Miller School.
The Parade staging areas merge and starts at 9th St and W Church St. It continues east on Church St to 2nd Ave where it splits to turn north or south as needed to disembark, or for bus staging for the marching bands.
Parade Start 10 am -
Runtime lasts until around 12:30-12:45 pm
3:30 - 5:30 pm: Oktemberfest Car Show - Car Hop Competition
- Car Hop Registration - 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
- Car Hop - 3:30 pm- 5:00 pm
- 4 W Church St. Marshalltown, IA 50158
- $20 per vehicle payable at the gate
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Live Music Afternoon
12:30 pm: Oktemberfest 2025 Cornhole Tournament
- Public - Event by Iowa Valley Cornhole
- Grass lot SW of Main and S 1st St. (location pending)
12:30 pm - Registration and Setup
01:30 pm - Start.
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Live Music - Black Top Band
11 am to 12 am: Food Trucks
11 am: Oktemberfest Carnival
5 pm: Beer and Wine Vendors
