Building on the tremendous success of the June Park Hill Art Festival, which has been a premier event in Denver for the past 12 years, ColoradoArtShows.com is excited to continue our new chapter with the Park Hill Fall Arts Fest. This second event of the season will be held at the same exceptional location in Denver’s historic Park Hill neighborhood, offering another opportunity for artists to showcase their work to a discerning, affluent audience.

Demographics of the Area

Park Hill is home to a median household income of $98,479—substantially higher than Denver’s overall median income of $55,128. Additionally, 5% of residents earn over $150,000, 10% make between $100,000 and $150,000, and 20% earn between $60,000 and $100,000. This makes the Park Hill area an ideal setting for high-end art sales and offers artists the opportunity to connect with an affluent clientele.

The show is an outdoor juried fine art/fine craft show on the grounds of the Park Hill Masonic lodge (Montview Blvd between Dahlia and Eudora street). 

The application fee is $40 and is non-refundable.
