National Night Out Joins With Neighbor-To-Neighbor!
National Night Out (NNO) is Richmond's annual celebration of community, safety, and connection! Join thousands of neighbors, community organizations, and City departments as we come together to build stronger, safer neighborhoods—one block party at a time.
This year, we're partnering with Neighbor-to-Neighbor, a program of California Volunteers, Office of the Governor, to mitigate community isolation, increase volunteer participation, and improve social connectedness in neighborhoods.
