Join us For Our Spectacular 52nd Season

The Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival is one of the most respected and renowned chamber music festivals in the world, and part of its allure, for audiences and musicians alike, is that it draws inspiration from its namesake hometown, which is famously and affectionately known as the City Different.

Schedule of Events

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Mozart and Brahms

The penultimate program of the season features Festival-audience favorite William Hagen playing first violin in Mozart’s exquisite String Quintet in D Major, K. 593, written a year before the composer’s death, and Kirill Gerstein playing piano in Brahms’s grand Piano Quartet in A Major, a crown jewel of the chamber music repertoire. The program opens with Bart Feller and Felix Fan dueting in Jet Whistle, a playful mid-20th-century work for flute and cello by Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos.
