Ellen Doyle has performed across America as well as at the 2019 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She now brings her one woman show “I’m Ready for the Box” to the Scranton Fringe.

This comedic storytelling show about life, love, and the inevitable ending we all face. Based on the life of Ellen’s grandmother who passed at almost 102, “I’m Ready for the Box” is a celebration of the life of a woman who planned her funeral for almost three decades. As we travel through the five stages of grief and reach acceptance with our lost loved ones, maybe we also find comfort in knowing that we all succumb to the same fate.
