You will start inside Soldier Field, exiting the field and heading south along Special Olympics Drive. Next, you’ll turn on Fort Dearborn Drive under McCormick Place to 31st Street. You’ll run south alongside DuSable Lake Shore Drive until you reach the turnaround, where you’ll head back to the Soldier Field Stadium in the shadow of Chicago’s magnificent skyline and magnificent Lake Michigan views.
Once you arrive back at the stadium, you’re rewarded with a finish ON the famed field at the 50-yard line. Along the route, we’ve got your back with fully supported Aid Stations with hydration, restrooms and medical if needed.

Age Group Awards
Age group awards will be given to the top three male and female participants in the following age groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70+.
Age group award winners will receive a Soldier Field age group winner pint glass. Glasses can be picked up from the pink info tent once winners have been verified by timing. Pickup time will be announced from the main stage. If award is not claimed on event day it will be taken to Fleet Feet South Loop for pick up. Customer service will email award recipients.
