This unique 10-course dining experience will be orchestrated by renowned chef and global culinary consultant Hari Cameron, known for his innovative approaches to cuisine. He will lead an exceptional ensemble of talented chefs, each with their own distinctive culinary styles. The lineup includes Kyle Berman, Executive Chef at The Pines, who is celebrated for his farm-to-table creations; Sean Corea, Owner & Executive Chef at Lewes Oyster House, renowned for his commitment to fresh and locally sourced seafood; Ted Deptula, Culinary Director of La Vida Hospitality, known for his contemporary twists on classic dishes; Zach Dick, Executive Chef at Dogfish Head, Chesapeake & Main, recognized for pairing food with craft brews; Jordan Keen, Executive Chef at Atlantic Sands Hotel, who excels in coastal cuisine; and David Kneller, Owner and Chef of Market 59 Baltimore, who is acclaimed for his creative market-inspired dishes.
The food will be complemented by exquisite wines, beer and cocktails by a thoughtfully curated pairing of creating a splendidly transcendent experience for your palate.
