OktoberWest is Steamboat’s signature fall beer festival - a high-energy, family-friendly celebration of craft beverages, local bites, and mountain culture with a German twist. This year’s event brings back crowd favorites like the beef cook-off, a games competition, and family-friendly activities. Exciting new features include a vendor market and optional on-site childcare. Hosted by the Steamboat Springs Chamber, Steamboat Mountain Village, and Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation, and presented by Resort Group.

Friday Beer Stroll

The weekend kicks off on Friday with the annual Beer Stroll. Head downtown to participating restaurants to taste a variety of seasonal and local beers. This event is a fundraiser for the Young Professionals Network. The Stroll runs from 4-7PM beginning at the Commons Food Hall. Attendees who attend the Beer Stroll will receive their branded pint glass a day early for the evening's festivities.
