6:30-7:30 PM - Yoga in the Sunflowers With Align Yoga

Imagine a serene field blanketed with golden sunflowers, their faces turning towards the warm embrace of the sun. In this picturesque setting, practicing yoga takes on a whole new dimension of tranquility and connection with nature. As you conclude your practice, you take a moment to express gratitude for this beautiful experience, for the sunflowers that provided the backdrop for your journey inward. With a sense of peace and rejuvenation, you rise from your mat, ready to carry the warmth and beauty of the sunflowers with you wherever you go.
