THE CALDWELL CLASSIC - a memorial 5K RUN/WALK honoring Theresa DiMasi and Marie LanFrank
Along with our Premier Sponsors - Iron Physical Therapy and Kiwanis Club of Caldwell/West Essex - the Caldwell-West Caldwell Education Foundation (CWCEF) invites you to our Annual 5K Run/Walk on May 17, 2025. This community-wide event honors the legacies of two of the CWCEF's Founding Members, Theresa DiMasi and Marie LanFrank. Their vision of helping every student in our district be successful is still very much at the heart of our mission today.
Event Schedule:
7:00 AM Event Site Opens for registration & bib pick-up, children's area with tattoos & coloring pages, DJ/music, fire truck, and sponsor giveaways.
8:00 AM 1-Mile Family Fun Run (all ages)
8:15 AM Children's Dash (up to 5 years old; registration not required. However, if you'd like your child to receive an event shirt, please register for the 1- Mile)
8:30 AM Welcome Remarks
8:45 AM 5K Run/Walk (route map below)
9:30 AM Awards
DJ until 10:00AM (provided by EYE to EYE Entertainment)
5K Awards
Top male and female overall finishers
1st, 2nd, 3rd place male and female in each age group (excluding overall winners):
Ages 7 & under, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14
15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,
60-69, 70-79, 80 & over
And... Finisher medals for all registered participants!
