Oil Festival is Titusville, PA's celebration of our oil heritage and community. It's the quintessential small town festival in Northwestern Pennsylvania.

10 am - 6 pm - Food and Craft and Titusville Open Air Market Vendors, Scheide Park

11 am - 3 pm - TCA Fine Art Exhibit, The Parkside
Noon - 5 pm - Titusville Historical Society's Heritage Center Open
