Ly-Ben Dance Alliance is hosting the 2nd annual Ubuntu Dance Festival embracing the spirit of Ubuntu - I am because you are! The SC Jewel Award will honor Mimi Worrell - Artistic director of the Ann Brodie Carolina Ballet; Terrence Henderson - Dancer, Teacher, Choreographer and Advocate; Coleen Strasburger - Founder.Owner of The Turning Pointe Dancewear and Aurora Smith trailblazing dancer from Columbia. Additionally, Saturday will offer free classes in Ballet taught by Brooklyn Mack, Contemporary, Bollywood By Gruv Dance Academy and Hip Hop!! All classes are offered FREE.
