The 12th annual Utah Dance Film Festival will screen 26 films from 9 countries, including 6 films made in Utah. All the films feature dance as a storytelling medium, and film styles include documentaries, narrative works and experimental pieces. Many types of dance are represented, including ballroom, break dancing, ballet, folk dance and contemporary. Audience members who have an interest in filmmaking or choreography will enjoy these singularly unique works from across the globe. The festival is offering a free Tahitian/Rapa Nui dance workshop, and a free awards showcase. Short filmmaker Q and A sessions will follow each screening.

Run time: Screening 1 includes films from Japan, Ireland, the US, China, the UK and Utah, with a run time of 90 minutes.

Screening 2 includes films from the US, French Polynesia, Iran, Ireland, China, France and Utah, with a run time of 80 minutes.

Screening 3 includes films from the US, the UK, Canada and Utah, with a run time of 70 minutes.

Recommended for ages 14 and up. All patrons require a ticket regardless of age.
