1:00 - 3:00 p.m : PST Arrive and check-in to your campsite, setting yourself up for a weekend of holistc, relaxing adventure.

3:00 p.m : Opening Circle

Circle around our iconic flower mandala land art installation, set your intentions for your retreat, and get to know your fellow festival-goers.

Unwind

Begin the festival with classes to help you unwind and set the stage for a weekend of rejuvenation. Choose from our lineup of amazing workshops and experienced teachers

Afternoon Sessions: You Can Do It, Put Your Back Into It!

with Chelsey Pratt : Release years of tension from hunching over and strengthen your spine for confident posture. Learn how your physical body holds emotional patterns and discover the path to embodied wellness.

Slow Burn Vinyasa with Erika Knapp : A fiery yet grounding flow that builds strength while helping your anxious mind drop into ease. Feel your muscles working as you breathe life force back into your depleted system.

Relax

In the evening, we will gather together  again and connect as a community through our first shared meal- a Community Potluck- and then decide which journey you’d like to take to relax and begin to connect inwards: Gentle Yoga with Carly Decker : Soothe your overstimulated nervous system with gentle movement and prepare for the restorative sleep your body craves.

Celestial Communication with Aya Sensal : Ground into your body and begin opening up your energy channels with dance like movement and mantra followed by a gong bath.
