Women of Action is dedicated to fostering genuine change by advocating for healthy fitness and overall well-being. We facilitate virtual competitions among women using heart monitor devices and a dedicated app. Our aim is to inspire you to engage in more physical activity beyond your usual routine, promoting accountability through motivation and support. The Annual WoA 5K Walk/Run, in collaboration with VjP Tax Services, brings together the women of WoA, both organizations committed to a shared journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
